Members of Pack 390 (and other Packs/Troops from the area) have traditionally attended this event, dressed in Class A or Class B uniforms.

Community members are encouraged to join members of the Joint Veterans Council of Lakewood and Rocky River and other volunteers in placing more than 4,000 American flags on the graves of veterans who have been laid to rest at the cemetery.
