Hello, Pack 390 Families!

Let me start with some new information. I have it confirmed that the schedule for Cub Haunted will be the same as 2024 in which the haunted house and haunted forest are Friday evening. If those events appeal to your Cub, arrange your schedule to arrive Friday evening!

The rest of this email is what I sent last week!

I know it's the new school year, but one of our premier events is right around the corner! Sign up here: https://forms.gle/x5eXFFLhq7tf2Qn17

Cub Haunted Weekend will be held at Beaumont Scout Reservation from Friday evening, October 3 - Sunday morning, October 5, 2025.

It is an exciting campout experience for Cub Scouts and their families. It is packed with fun events and activities. You may campout overnight both Friday and Saturday, one night only, or just come for the day on Saturday when most of the activities are scheduled to take place.

Activities include: Movies • Archery • BBs • Branding • Crafts • Pumpkin Carving • Trading Post • Wrist Rockets • Climbing Walls• Fishing • Candle Making • Haunted Fort • Haunted Walk • Popcorn and S’mores • Cider Making • Candy Making

We have 2 options to choose from to participate:

Option 2 - Saturday Day-only (from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm) - includes activities and 2 meals (lunch and dinner)

If you are interested in joining in. Please take a minute or so to fill up this form. To plan better, we do need to take headcounts and for our pack to register. To prevent a late registration fee of $10 per person, please fill out this form and pay by the latest Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 11 p.m.

For payments: You may pay Cash or Check payable to PACK 390. Payment is due prior to attending for the weekend. You may give cash/checks to Lew Einfalt or to Jeff Arra’s house at 19331 Shoreland Ave., Rocky River, OH 44116. It's a brown house with a front porch!
